The hotel has 20 floors and holds 216 spacious guest rooms with a stunning view. The conference department has 16 meeting rooms including an elegant Ballroom that can host 450 persons.

Titel: C&E Sales Consultant / Konferensbokare
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
• Secures future sales leads and ensures all enquiries are dealt with promptly, in line with company standards.
• Contributes to a continuous improvement of the product range and the image of the hotel.
• Timely organisation of administrative documents in C & E sales, including function Sheets, weekly schedules, monthly schedules, client contact details etc.
• Present the hotel and do show-rounds for potential clients in a professional and dignified way.
• Prepare offers and contracts as well as general correspondence with clients.
• Smooth co-ordination of room bookings by accurate and pro-active communication with group reservations and individual reservations.
• Share information and provide support for operational events.
• Carrying out exit interviews and compiling of a corresponding report.
• Control of invoices for completeness and payment on time; adherence to all the Hilton sales guidelines and time periods for the C & E area.
• Regular Quality Checks on existing bookings.
• Correct and complete entry of all the necessary data and activities into internal database.
• Participation in and support of general Sales and Marketing activities.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
• Experience from the service industry.
• Sales experience.
• Solid communication skills.
• Telephone etiquette.
• Good people skills - able to analyse different styles and approaches.
• Language skills- Swedish & English at business level required.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
• Fidelio, Ideas & GEM an advantage.
• Natural approach to customer service and "Can do"- attitude.
