Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
The aim of the project is to drive the working model transformation within the Consumables and Accessories team (C&A) to support the business goals within Aftermarket Sales in EMEA. The C&A Project manager will be a key player in driving improvements within the C&A workflows and supporting C&A Director in change management activities. This is a crucial role within Aftermarket Sales EMEA organization. Key Responsibilities: .Mapping and working on the optimization of the work flows and processes with main stakeholders (such as pricing teams, clusters/central Product Lines, Clusters Ownership solutions organizations) .Propose improvements and supporting C&A Director drive change management .Implementing solutions in the operational work flows. .Administration activities on the available system sand databases (PS&ROL,OTD-CIM, REX,(AS400) SAP, EDEN .Streamline processes and prepare documentation, set up instructions, executing the new ways of working within given instructions .Understanding the flow of the current price model and implementing the improvements within the systems. .Performing operational tasks on daily basis including pricing. .Supporting the operations of C&A product managers and Clusters towards the business goals Reporting to: C&A Director
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Requirements: .Excellent Skills in Excel is a mandatory requirement (i.e. Pivot tables) .Knowledge of process/content/information/mapping models is a plus .System & pricing previous experience would be a plus .1-2 years of experience in roles like pricing, business analysis, business controlling is consider a plus .Self-starter, results driven, change driver with ability to organize and leverage stakeholders from various functions to work together towards common objectives .Good in building network and navigating territory .Good in working with databases and systems (knowledge of the systems PS&ROL,OTD-CIM, REX(AS400) SAP, EDEN would be an advantage) .Process mapping skills (project management skills as a plus) .Structure ways of working and organizational skills .Business understanding and ability to work in matrix organization WHERE YOU WILL FIT IN You will be part of the C&A team composed by 4 people based here in Stockholm inside of the Aftermarkes Sales EMEA Department. You will have the opportunity to start with an assignment to map the C&A business procedures on an EMEA level, set up processes and procedure, drive important changes and gain a great knowledge of one of the most profitable area.
