ValueOne is looking for a Buyer for an assignment with assignment with great prospects for extension at a manufacturing company in Ludvika in Dalarna. The assignment is to start at the end of September.

The role

The assignment means that you will work with operative purchasing and material planning. Some development tasks are also included.

Main tasks:

Purchase materials according to required technical specification, price, delivery schedule and terms.
Ensure that purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.
Identify new suppliers in cooperation with relevant category team.
Qualify new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists.

Experience and competencies

The person we are looking for should have some experience from a similar position and good knowledge within Excel. Experience of ERP or similar is a plus. You are welcome to have a university education, but we place the greatest value on your actual work experience. Furthermore, you need to have a pedagogic and strategic mindset. Fluency in English is required, Swedish is meritorious.
