What we are looking for
Our Business Systems Analyst will act as a liaison for the Information Technology team with both internal and external business partners.
The goal is to become the "subject matter expert" both from a business perspective and a system/process functionality perspective in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) section of the company.
Examples of work tasks:
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to document requirements, communicate planned work and execute the implementation of new features and functions
• Develop new capabilities by providing design, configuration, and implementation. Including the customization and configuration of entities, workflows, business processes, and other out of the box features
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve user experience
• Support the integration of other systems and tools into Dynamics 365
• Provide support, user setup, diagnostics, and resolution to complex problems
• Conduct system and end-to-end testing
• Ensures report requirements are translated, formatted, and integrated into project design
The position will require collaboration with US time zones from time to time.
Who we are looking for
At 5.11 Tactical we believe in being highly skillful and having the right mindset. You could both be intermediate as a Business Systems Analyst or maybe an ERP Specialist or you have been working several years in this area. However, excellent writing skills in English are a must. It is positive, but not a must if you have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT/MIS, or related field. You also have great prioritization skills and a strong organizational ability.
Preferred Skill Set
• Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations modules
• Dynamics D365 Certification desirable
• Experienced with Microsoft Power Automate
• Experience with localization and global implementations
• Knowledge in leveraging Microsoft Power BI for data visualizations and creating business intelligence
