hela Sverige Experis is looking for a Business Support Leader for an international client located in Malmö. This is a consultant assignment with start date 19/02/01 and the assignment will last until 2019-06-30 with option to extend.
Background
Identity & Access Management (IAM) is a crucial capability in our efforts to improve the Digital Workplace experience. The client is continuously looking at ways to automate our functional IAM processes and provide self-services for coworkers and partners in order to improve the quality & efficiency. The client is in an exciting phase and have started the change-over from our home-developed platform for Identity & Access Mgmt to a new modern IAM platform. In this phase it crucial to challenge our existing ways of working and secure utilization of the benefits of the new IAM platform can provide.
The Business Support Leader takes an active part in the Identity and Access Management solution team to ensure that the tactical direction for the area is aligned with the captured needs from business processes and stakeholders. You translate business needs to required/prioritized improvements of the Identity and Access Management Capabilities. In order to achieve this, you build and maintain a solid, professional working relationship with business stakeholders across. The Business Support Leader will promote the usage of the Identity and Access Management business solutions and guide business stakeholders and other solution owners in how to adapt to and use the business solutions in the best possible way (including training concepts, communication and change management). A key task will be to communicate the incremental releases and changes we do in the business processes to our End-user community (e.g Service desk and HR Admins, Manager) and to secure adaptation(usage) of our new ways of working.
Your profile
We are looking for candidates who have a:
• Solid knowledge and experience in translating business goals and needs into strategies and plans.
• Solid knowledge and experience in facilitating, planning and managing workshops and activities.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas; HR processes, Service Desk processes, Information Security, IT security, or Identity and Access Management.
• Experience from implementation of IT services (including project management and product and service life cycle management).
Three most important things are:
• Communicative mindset
• Willingenss to support our ambassadeur network
• Responsibility for our End-user releases towards stakeholders
