The Business/Requirements Analyst facilitates the process of understanding business change needs, assessing the impact of those changes, capturing, analyzing and documenting requirements and then supporting the communication and delivery of those requirements with relevant parties.
You will act as a key interface between business and technology teams in defining and influencing business requirements and work with stakeholders to capture and document requirements of new product proposals. You will also decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional and non-functional requirements and document these into clear and concise specifications. Develop business cases and perform feasibility studies of proposed new products or features. You will help maintain a product backlog and prioritization of what to develop next and participate in all other parts of the Product Management process where needed.
We think you have excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Swedish and are analytical and have attention to details. You are driven, proactive, smart and productive and like to work in a dynamic and expansive environment. You have a relevant academic degree such as eg M. sc., B. sc. or equivalent and have a genuine interest in creating business value. You can work independently and like to work in teams in a fast pace business environment.
It is meriting if you have experience with project management or software development, experience working in IT, Telecom or Banking or have experience in requirements engineering. It is also meriting if you have knowledge/experience of Agile principles and techniques.
The Product Management Office is a small team defining and developing our product offerings. We work with all stakeholders to make sure that our products are world leading. We work closely with all departments in order to gather new ideas and build requirements and business cases for new features and products.
