We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager ?Retail. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible along with the other sales team for growth and performance
• Responsible to achieve customer satisfaction and similar organization goals
• Drive the creation of annual business plan where in the targets for the following Financial Year are finalized together with the strategy to achieve the same
• Provide consulting services to the customers of TCS Nordics and Europe
• Develop value added consulting solutions and offerings
• Work with TCS customers and prospects provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership
• Identify new opportunities in market and convert into Go To Market initiatives
• Perform Solution Architect role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of RFP responses
• Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordic and European customers
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors degree in Computer or Electronics Engineering
• Fluent in English. Nordic languages is a plus
• Very good knowledge & understanding of Business Intelligence and Performance Management concepts with detailed understanding of all the tools and technologies in the market
• Experience of delivery management in an Onsite/ Offshore model
• Experience of manage the P&L and strategic planning to business growth
At least 12 years experience in the following:
• IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery
• Business development and creating GTM strategy
• CIO level client relationship management
• Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
• Specific focus and expertise on Retails Domain
• Managing team of more than 100 associate in onshore and offshore model
