Identify business opportunity, control the business process and deliver the solution to customer by involving TCS solution team.
Building confidence in customer.
Making sure sufficient skills are available, at the same time ensuring that talent is not underutilized.
Works with leadership team on annual IT budgets and forecasts.
Planning and developing new ideas for presenting to customer.
Responsible along with the other sales team for growth and performance Responsible to achieve customer satisfaction and similar organization goals.
Provide consulting services to the customers of TCS Nordics and Europe in general.
Identify new opportunities in market and convert into Go To Market initiatives.
Perform Solution Architect role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of RFP responses.

At least 13 years' experience in the following:
IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery.
Business development and creating GTM strategy.
CXO level client relationship management.
Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients.
Achieve the revenue and profitability targets set in alignment with the overall organization objectives.
Understand the needs and trends in the Nordic and Europe market and tailor TCS's existing solutions and/or create new solutions.
Onshore-offshore delivery model: Work in a Global Delivery Model including the onshore-offshore model to leverage TCS's global consultant pool to deliver the most cost effective services to the clients.
Experience of working in multicultural environment.
Multi-industry experience.
Experience working with SAP Business Intelligence and Performance Management, BIG Data and Data Mining technologies.
Organization building skills: Build the TCS Nordics team with the right competencies, experience and staffing numbers to serve the Nordic and European market effectively and efficiently.
