We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create proactive proposals focusing on different Business Units
• Understand key Ericsson strategies and change to strategies to dynamically cater to changing customer needs.
• Lead and/or Build proposals in line with RFP requirements by working with our global delivery teams
• Lead the customer meetings and Joint value discovery sessions with customers during RFI / RFP process
• Participate in Contract negotiations
• Work along with the Global Relationship Manager
• Work closely and manage the Offshore Pre-sales team.
• Onsite contact point for the customer for Activities and Projects being done from Offshore.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Atleast 12 years of experience in Telecom Network Product Engieering with 2+ years in Sales and Business development.
• Experience in leading sales for Telecom Network Equipment Manufacturers
• Good understanding of Telecom Product Engineering
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Presentation Skills
• Ability to work independently
• Confidence and ability to present TCS' proposition independently at senior management levels in the client organization.
