Fleet Processes- let's introduce ourselves You will be part of the Fleet Processes team, which is a unit within in Mobility & Financial Services. The team consists of three teams dedicated to Order to Delivery, Fleet In Use and Return of Car, all with focus on launching new offers and to continuously improve our operational processes. The customer journey in scope for our teams span from customer order being placed online until the customer returns the car at end of subscription. In-between the vehicle is ordered from factory, delivered via our retailer network and maintained during the usage phase.You will be joining a team of dedicated and customer focus colleagues, which strives in times of challenge and always looking for new ways to make improvements.

This is what you will do: We are now strengthening our team with a new Business Process Manager. You will work together with the team to implement new offers as well as identifying areas of improvement that need special attention, with the aim to improve and optimize the processes as well as training of our internal and external staff working with the Fleet processes on a daily basis.
We are looking for someone that, in addition to managing processes, takes the responsibility to lead projects and drive development and improvements in appointed areas, all with great business acumen, attention to detail, perseverance and collaborative skills.
As a Business Process Manager within Fleet Processes, you will work together with product teams, commercial offer owners, operations hubs in five different markets, including local market representatives to design processes and solutions for optimized handling of both our customers and vehicles. Your task is to ensure that the operational teams, being agents or retailers, have working processes in place and get the support they need to perform these. You will become an advanced user of the systems and an expert of the processes to be able to solve the most complex cases and issues.
You will work with a global scope for this role and cover our existing live markets in EMEA (Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden & UK) and be part of launching new markets in the future.

Qualifications:
* University degree or minimum 3 years of equivalent work experience.
* You have experience navigating and understanding complex system landscapes.
* You are experienced in project management and are able to operate independently, while at the same time collaboratively, and communicate clearly and effectively.
* You are familiar with an agile environment and requirement setting towards product teams.
* Familiar with the tools Salesforce, Azure Devops, Miles, SAP S4 and is generally tech-savvy.
* Fluent in English, verbal and written.
