We are now looking for two experienced professionals to join our dedicated Nordic team within the Transaction Banking unit at Nordea. As a Business Process Expert (BPE) you will assist with your expertise and confidence to improve corporate performance by managing and optimising business processes.
The position we offer
You will be working in the BPM CoE (Centre of Excellence) unit which is located under CM Customer Service (CMCSO) within Transaction Banking. The overall aim of the CMCSO unit is to ensure that Cash Management (CM) processes and solutions run efficiently and with high stability for Nordea's customers. The unit is also responsible for driving the CM development project portfolio specifically to ensure that Nordea follows interbank, regulative and technological developments in the CM markets it operates in.
As a Business Process Expert (BPE) you will develop and implement professional Business Process Management (BPM), offering support, advice and process expertise to the organisation, to secure the key business outcome: Transparent, structured, measured, easily accessed and anchored Business Processes.
You will also develop professional BPM standards and implementing them in the organisation.
Other important tasks include:
• Scope, plan, support and facilitate business process development to secure implementation of Business Process Management, according to the Cash management BPM framework.
• Process development in projects
• Developing and maintaining the BPM Framework.
• Train & coach employees in business process management to lift process skills, competences and mind set for the organisation.
The position can be located in any of the Nordic countries. Some travelling will be required within the Nordics.
The qualifications you need
We are looking for experienced professionals with an eye for details that constantly strive to improve the efficiency and quality of processes in general. You have a broad view of business and an appreciation of strategy and capabilities, processes, governance and enabling technologies, in order to understand the relevant business objectives and issues.
You have a Bachelor degree in business administration or other relevant commercial education and 3-4 years of work experience, preferably from a consultancy or the banking industry.
We also expect you to have:
• Experience in Business Process Management
• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Solid analytical skills
