Global Supply Chain Management is the central organization responsible for the planning, ordering and distribution of Volvo Penta Engines, Drive Components and Accessories. Global Supply Chain is also responsible for inventory management of all finished products globally, the complete Sales & Operations Planning process and Process Management.
Process Management & Supply Chain Development is a Global Function within Penta Supply Chain. We are responsible for Development and Process Management connected to Order Management, Plan Supply Chain, Supply Material, Inventory Operations, Distribution, Customs & Outbound Packaging.
We are now looking for an energetic and passionate Business Process Developer to join our great team who will focus on our Customs & trade Processes
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
The Business Process Developer is to support the Process Manager in securing that Volvo Penta 's current and future Business Requirements are supported in the best way possible in terms of utilized IT Tools and connected processes.
A selection of responsibilities and tasks within this specific role :
Member of the Global "Center of Excellence Team" for the concerned process
Support the Customs & Trade Compliance Manager with Prioritizations
Actively seek and interpret changes within the Customs & Trade area
Networking with external stakeholders
Input to development Roadmap within customs and trade
Process Design
Process Implementation
Customs & Trade Evaluations and support in industrial and product projects
Long Term Supplier Declarations for Penta Customers
Support AB Volvo Customs function with Penta Export Control
Desirable Experience :
Competence in valuation, country of origin, free trade agreement, compliance review and other customs compliance related areas
Experience in customs and trade compliance and various import & export models
Ability to design and deploy effective trade compliance programs
Good knowledge of Supply Chain and logistics
Experience in leading and managing projects
Appropriate Academic Qualifications
