Accounting Services is dedicated to providing competitive shared service solutions in Finance Administration, automation and analytics. We have over 700 employees located in: Sweden, France, Poland and India, We are now looking for a Business Process Developer for Accounts Payable to further strengthen our team.

As Business Process Developer, you will work globally and closely with the Business Areas, Truck Divisions and Group functions, to drive process improvements within Accounts Payable. You will also be involved in several projects in different business organizations and countries. This will be an important role in the P2P Process management team.

Key Responsibilities

Drive process development and support implementation of best-practice within the Accounts Payable Process
Support operations managers and teams to continuously improve quality and efficiency
Define and support implementation of Robotic Process Automation
Define process development plans and roadmap
Define standard processes
Represent the Accounts Payable process in projects driven by other organizations, but with dependencies or impact on Accounts Payable.
Benchmark with other companies and organizations to identify opportunities for quality and efficiency improvements
Support change management in relation to projects and process optimization
Support value stream mappings
Validate the completeness and correctness of process documentation

The position will report directly to the process owner for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Skills Requirements

Experience from working in projects, involving process development and implementation of IT solutions and preferably Robotic Process Automation
Analytical and with proven skills in business process development
Experience from VPS and lean methodologies
Proven skills in communication and management relations with stakeholders on senior management level in a global context
Excellent presentation and English skills
Strong team working skills in matrixes and geographically diversified virtual teams
