We are looking for an analytical and driven person to join our Business Performance Management team (Business Controllers). Telenor is rapidly heading towards a digital and data driven future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wish to make a difference and are constantly looking for improvement opportunities.
What you 'll do
Business Performance management consists of four groups with focus on Consumer, Business, Operations and Central Insights & Analytics. The Central Insights & Analytics team is a central unit responsible for simplifying the Way of Work for our business controllers and finance stakeholders by developing tools, reports and improving processes. In addition, the team supports the organization in financial analysis and key business recommendations.
The demand of data is increasing every day and to be as data-driven as possible the Business Performance Management team needs to support the organization in decision making. As a Business Intelligence & System Analyst, you will manage the financial planning system and the forecasting process. In addition, you support in the development and management of self-service tools (such as Power BI) as well as excel reports to increase efficiency and speed for our business controllers out in the organization. You will be a key stakeholder for finance in driving the digitalization journey that Telenor is on.
Your tasks will consist of but not limited to:
* Monthly close of the Hyperion planning system and data updates
* Control of user accesses
* Power BI maintenance and updates
* Test new system features and functions
* Maintain and improve standard reports in excel, systems and BI tools
* Support Finance stakeholders in using the Hyperion Planning system
* Take part in the journey towards financial self-service
* Drive process automation

Who you are
You'll have:
* A love for simplification, excel and teamwork.
* A can-do it attitude - self driven with a hands-on attitude.
* Solid knowledge of database structures. Experience with SQL and VBA programming is a plus.
* Experienced in BI-tools for visualization such as Power BI.
* Interest for technology, data management and tools. Able to automate those manual tasks.
* Strong communication skills - used to work towards different types of stakeholders such as teams within IT, managers and business controllers.
* Good understanding of financial drivers and having experience with business control is a plus.
* Fluent in English and conversational in Swedish.
