Join our journey in changing the retail agency world to become more data driven. We at WorkShop, The Retail Agency, are providing strategic and tactical analyse to our clients every day and are on a journey on not only working with data but to be fully driven by it.
We are therefore looking to strengthen our data and insight team with a BI analyst with excellent skills in Microsoft BI, statistical competence and business understanding.
In this position, you will proactively analysing data and information around operational performance, sales and marketing data. You will be part of developing how we work with data driven analysis.
Key Responsibilities
• Successfully retrieve, structure, analyse and present various data streams in clear KPIs on both Microsoft BI dashboards and in reports (PowerPoint or similar)
• Set up ongoing client processes to provide maximum insight with minimum manual labour
• Support internal team and client with ad hoc questions, working on the analysis and presenting the results with insights and recommendations
• Proactively and independently suggest and implement improvements on analysis and data structure
• Identify additional data that is needed to manage the process to gather or buy necessary information
• Consulting on how to make initiatives data driven
We are looking for
• +2 minimum years' experience of business intelligence analysis, preferably as Management Consultant, or in-house
• Advanced skills in MS office and Microsoft BI, advanced skills in other analytical tools is a merit
• Great understanding of business and market strategies
• Superior organisational skills
• Analytical master and statistical competence
• Fluent English and a good level of Swedish, preferably fluent
• A driven team player, comfortable taking own initiative that are followed through and well communicated
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, physics, maths, economics or such
Placement: Stockholm, HQ
Start: As soon as possible or according to agreement
