A role in Logent Customs AB based in Gothenburg supporting one main customer assignment. The aim with the role is to develop and deepen the relationship even further seen from a long lasting perspective.
The main customer is handled by our core customer team that are located on three sites in- and outside Sweden, the role reports to the Operational account manager in Gothenburg

A company focusing on various customs operations and related activities in Sweden, Norway and other European countries. Everything from normal customs handling and all customs procedures through customs warehouse, business analysis and permit management to outsourcing of the customer's entire customs and shipping departments.
45 employees at offices in Gothenburg, Norrköping and Halden, co-founder of the European customs agent's network "Customs Alliance Europe".
Arbetsuppgifter
You have a long and preferably wide customs handling experience, some IT- and freight forwarding experience and an interest in developing people, processes and system support. Skills in establishing and maintaining deep customer relations is of advantage for this role
Krav
In joint cooperation with our customer through two different working groups, develop the efficiency and quality improvement measures by identifying various processes and implement improvements in close co-operation with the customer.
Logent has already identified more than 70 various improvement actions when screening the entire Swedish part of the assignment. These actions combined with further joint improvements require change of working methods and procedures, new processes, tools and systems functions. Such change management require registration of deviations, analysis, development and implementation in a structured way and in close relation with customer and the own staff is a key responsibility in order to eliminate risk of recurrence.
Furthermore, in close cooperation with the customer and based on their information as regards i.e changes, new flows, markets and products etc analyse and specify needs (information flow, resource consumption, etc..), be responsible for documentation, implementation, training and monitoring the activities.
