We are now looking for a Business Development Specialist - Surgical Gloves & Patient warming
The aim of the position is to develop the surgical gloves & patient warming business for Sweden in line with company objectives and strategies. Mölnlycke is the market leader for surgical gloves in Sweden today, with a very strong brand name called Biogel and loyal customers. In patient warming Mölnlycke launched an innovative product BARRIER EasyWarm a few years ago that has brought a new solution for the operating room staff to warm their patients.

As a BDS - Business Development Specialist you will work closely with colleagues and customers.
You should have the confidence to target, educate, inspire and persuade existing and new customers to use our products.
Mölnlycke's nice headquarters are located in Gothenburg, where you will work with a great, committed, knowledgeable and high performing team.
Main activities included in the role are:
Efficient sales fields activities towards customers to maximise sales growth and profitability through achieving targets within the specified territory
Key contributor in developing and driving educational & training program: products, markets and competition to make the organisation well equipped within the surgical gloves and patient warming field.
Develop relationships with key decisions makers, both clinical and commercial, to establish Mölnlycke as a respected player within the surgical gloves and patient warming field.
Requirements - Previous experience and abilities
Competencies:
Building and managing relationships
Educational skills
Strong collaboration skills
Swedish tender and it is a plus if you have LOU experience
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years within a sales environment with proven track record
Experience of OR environment and selling to public customers
It's a plus if you have background as a nurse, or equivalent, with strong commercial understanding - or a Business education
Strong communication and presentation skills
Skills in project leading and solution selling
