hela Sverige On behalf of our international client, Jones Tech PLC, we are now looking for a Business Development Manager to expand existing customers but also to find new business opportunities.
Jones Tech PLC is engaged in providing creative solution to improve the reliability of electronics equipments. Established in year 1997, with its rich R&D resources and manufacturing experience, Jones Tech has been serving telecommunications, medical electronics, IT, industrial machinery manufacturing, rail transportation and renewable energy.
As Business Development Manager you will be based in Stockholm and some travelling will occur within Sweden but also Finland and Estonia. You will report directly to Head of Marketing in China.
Main Responsibilities:
Work to achieve sales goals and objectives in assigned territory?.
Gain a thorough understanding of the products, industry trends and competitors.
Serve as main communication conduit between customers and Jones Tech PLC?.
Generate and close leads by continuously calling on existing and new customers throughout the territory?.
Conduct sales appointments and make presentations of current products and services to existing customers and new prospects.
Work with customers on project requirements and specifications and gather proper technical information to allow Jones Tech to put together competitive pricing to fulfill customer requirements?.
Present proposals to customers and respond to customer questions and/?or objections to secure the sale?.
Develop and execute strategies to meet sales goals and objectives in assigned territory?.
Experience:
Education within Electronics/Mechanics.
Experience from sales/business development.
Background from the Telecom industry.
Experience and good understanding of R&D.
Customer service/Technical support experience is a plus.
IT experience is a plus.
Qualities:
Self- motivated, well-organized and personable?
Outgoing personality with ability and willingness to grow existing customer revenue and gain new customers?
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail?
Good communication skills
Fluency in English and Swedish
Drivers license
