We are looking for a Business Development Manager. Through Engaged or Consultative Selling, you are to build confidence and trust with the prospective and existing customer and conduct consulting engagements in the CRM and Digital Solutions space for Insurance enterprises and lead solutions for proposals for both existing customers and prospects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Nurture Digital and CRM Initiatives in TCS Insurance Sweden
Review upcoming opportunities and create plan of action
Meet prospects and customers
Meet Partners in Digital and CRM space to discuss offerings
Present TCS Capabilities & offerings across various forums
Respond to Proposals from customers
Conduct Innovation Days and Solution days with various customers
Create new offerings within TCS in Digital and CRM
Review solutions across ongoing implementations
Attend Customer workshops to understand requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Academic Degree and At least 10years of experience in the Insurance domain, applications development and maintenance delivering CRM and Digital solutions implementations involving varied set of products and bespoke solutions
Experience in leading solutions across various CRM products
Insurance Business domain knowledge across Property & Casualty and Life& Pensions lines of businesses
Good understanding of applications landscape and Enterprise architectures
Excellent written and oral communication
Presentation Skills
Ability to work independently
Confidence and ability to present TCS' proposition independently at senior management levels in the client organization.
