Your Role:
As a Business Development Manager, your main focus will be building relationships and creating new opportunities. Actively engage with client visits in the field, constantly seeking new customers and expanding your territory to drive business growth and meet company objectives. Understanding your clients' needs and offering personalized solutions will be key to your success. You'll also be responsible for managing assigned accounts, staying on top of key trends and policy changes, and ensuring clear communication with customers.
You'll conduct market research to uncover new opportunities, analyze industry trends, and maintain up-to-date customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Collaborating closely with the local product teams, you'll help drive business growth in both volume and revenue.
Your Profile:
To excel in this role, having experience in shipping, logistics, or a general understanding of the market is helpful, but not required. More importantly, you bring strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools would be a plus.
