In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. We believe that you have:
We believe you have a solid background in both business development or project management in the automotive industry. You are skilled at selling complex technical solutions and have a track record of successfully managing both engineering projects and business relationships. You bring technical interest and understanding as well as business talent. As a person you are structured, love to execute plans and meet ambitious targets.
Specific Skills/Abilities
Excellent English written and oral communication skills in both technical and business environments
Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently
Ability to work in a high profile and often high pressure multi-cultural environment
Thrive working within tight deadlines and being excellent at prioritization and time management
Have plenty of grit, a can-do attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit, a great eye for quality, a sense of humour and a curious mind
Is friendly, passionate & purpose driven
