As we are currently building the organization within Nevs and growing fast, we need to strengthen our Project Management Office function with a person who can contribute to the company's development of business opportunities and projects.
We are now looking for a Business Development Analyst!
Description
The PMO Department, that you will be part of, has the main responsibility for initiating, accelerating and monitoring key projects and activities. You will also be a part of the refinement and definition of Nevs long and short term strategies. Today, we are a team of five skilled colleagues and you will work close to Business program managers and our Projects. You report directly to the PMO-management.
You will work with financial models and analysis connected to for example business plan, make or buy decisions due Diligence processes and cross functional issues between Nevs large ongoing projects.
The role as Business Development Analyst involves:
• Together with PMO business development team develop strategies for the company and its businesses
• Identify, analyze, develop and communicate business opportunities
• Manage and potentially lead different projects, especially cross-functional ones
• Shaping the future for our company
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• Sc in Business, Operations, Analytics, Finance or Marketing
• Minimum three years of relevant PMO experience
• Have proven experience of leading projects
• Experience from PMO operations and automotive industry is highly preferred
• Proficiency in computer operation and business and sales software.
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, both in English and in Swedish
To be successful in this role, you need to:
• Have the ability to understand, summarize and communicate business information
• Have excellent analytical and research skills, excellent excel capabilities is required
• Have a good problem solving and decision making skills
• Must have good organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
• Be open minded and be able to adapt to new challenges, cultures and a working environment where you never fully know where the day will lead you

Terms
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by IF Metall/ Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
