TradeZoom is a newly established company which is trading raw material or semi finished compounds to Rubber Manufactures or other traders.
TradeZoom is based in Stockholm; however the company has been in Middle Eastern trading market with more than 25 years experience in rubber industry. TradeZoom drives the following operations:
• Import, export and wholesale of semi-finished rubber products for use within the rubber industries. These rubber industries will in turn produce various types of rubber, for example rubber that can be used in the automotive industry.
• Importing, exporting and wholesaling of finished rubber products. These finished products are also used in different production lines such as steel and paper production lines.
• Importing and exporting industrial machinery to be used in manufacturing rubber products.
Position Summary:
The Business Developer position is responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing clients.
Position responsibilities:
• Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of TradeZoom?s services
• Identify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus on sales activities
• Develop new client relationships via cold calling, the Internet, and trade shows
• In coordination with Sales Management, identify, quality, develop and close sales opportunities
• Promote and educate clients regarding TradeZoom?s services
• Provide customer support and manage client expectations.
• Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures.
• Take an active role in learning about each client?s industry, business needs and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of service
• Perform other special projects or duties when required.
Essential skills and experience required:
• Superior written and spoken communication skills in English and Persian.
• Candidate has a bonus if he/she speaks Swedish.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in trading.
• Candidate has a bonus if he/she is familiar with Asia and Middle East market.
• Good analytical skills needed to project revenues, monitor budgets and other necessary calculations.
• Willingness to travel to offsite client or sales meetings in Sweden, Europe, Asia and Middle East.
• Most importantly, the ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to: multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build relationships with clients and co-workers, work as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service.
