Business Developer joining our Data-Driven Sales team to collaborate with key stakeholders, challenge and prioritize initiatives, and ensure strategic alignment in the Mobility vertical.Company? WHO ARE YOU?

- Experience with working with change and change management as we aim to get the organization to be even more data-driven in its daily work.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL and/or Tableau) and interpretation to support decision-making processes and drive business insights
- Familiarity with gathering and defining business requirements for experiments and projects, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
- Understanding of data- and technology solutions and their applications to address business needs, with a proven ability to collaborate with data- and technical teams.
- Previous experience with sales teams and supporting their initiatives and CRM processes is a plus!
- Excellent communicator in English: confident and outgoing, able to challenge stakeholders and push for the most valuable outcomes. Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian is a big plus, it helps collaboration in the Mobility vertical.
- As a person, you're an analytical and strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, able to turn complex business challenges into actionable plans. You have an adaptable and proactive mindset in the face of a dynamic environment and constant innovation.
WHAT'S THE JOB LIKE?Day-to-day work & projects cookingAs our new Business Developer, you are joining our Data-Driven Sales team: our mission is to drive sales efficiency and innovation across multiple verticals. Each day presents new challenges and opportunities to experiment, analyze, and create impactful solutions.In particular, your mission is to ensure that sales initiatives are value-driven and strategically prioritized, particularly in the Mobility vertical, which includes the marketplaces that help you find a new vehicle to move, like Finn in Norway.

You act as the connector between our team, the CRM team, BI team with the main sales stakeholders of the Mobility vertical: you regularly meet with Chief Sales Officers, sales managers, and directors to discuss priorities and business needs across verticals, ensuring the most impactful initiatives move forward. You receive requests from sales teams, evaluate their impact, and ensure the right priorities are addressed. You're responsible for making strategic decisions on which initiatives to pursue, whether they come from internal insights or collaboration with sales teams. You gather resources from our team, CRM, and BI, ensuring alignment across these departments while setting key results, planning sprints, and overseeing retrospectives when needed.
