Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
The Oceania Trade Department manages ocean transportation from EU via South Africa to Oceania as well as North America via Panama to Oceania. On a normal day the team commercially operates about 30-35 large vehicle carriers (PCTC) and heavy Roll-on-Roll-off carriers, divided into two main Liner Services. This role is reporting to the Head of Oceania Trade.
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
• Preparation of budgets and forecast with respect to Oceania Trade volume, revenue & time charter (T/C) results; down to EBT.
• Preparation of input to monthly management reports.
• Consolidate and produce our monthly Oceania Trade Report.
• Deviation analyses as well as recommending performance improvement measures.
• Undertaking and leading post-voyage-analysis sessions.
You will also be required to support Head of Oceania Trade, Product Management and Voyage Management with wide array of analysis activities.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
A successful applicant for this role will possess the following:
• Sound understanding of business applications in general. We use Cognos BI systems today.
• Well experienced in using of Excel, as well as other MS Office standard tools.
• Good English language skills, written as well as spoken.
• Either Economical, Nautical or Technical education on College / University level.
• We believe you also need to be analytical, structured and self-sufficient.
