This opportunity is based in our Växjö, Sweden, office with approximately 100 employees. Tasks and responsibilities:
In the role of Business Controller, you are working with business's analyzes, deviation analysis, and ROI. You have a responsibility for the entire budget and forecast process and act as an expert in these areas towards the business. You are working with system predictions and scenario analysis. In addition, you will also be responsible for internal audit and connecting framework, controlling that finance processes are smart, followed and aligned though the group. You develop the right key figures for the analysis work, identify trends and develop and follow up forecasts and KPIs.
You work closely with the accounting department and managers in the business where you produce business analyzes and decision support for management in order to support strategic decisions. An important part of the work will also be to lead change projects, and sometime you can be included as a participate in others. It can be about work linked to changes and implementation of systems and ensuring that work processes are improved and automated. In the role, you are given opportunities to influence your role through the right attitude and will.
Your responsibilities:
• Budget process including forecasts
• Internal audit of financial processes
• Contribute with insights in order to develop the business going forward
• Analyze financial data
• Follow up on important investments and business cases
• Create adhoc analyzes
• Work for a high level of automation in processes
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• At least 5 years of work experience from a similar role
• You have a business mindset
• You speak and write unhindered in both Swedish and English
We are looking for you who are curious and have the ability to see the long-term importance of business and reason from a strategic perspective. You enjoy collaborating with others, as this role is based on close cooperation with other departments. You also have a strong aptitude for analyzes and business strategies as well as problem solving and you enjoy independently structuring and organizing your work. You are not content with solely identifying a discrepancies or change in trends, you are keen to find reasons to why and have suggestions that could be translated into actions.
In addition, you are encouraged in the role to come up with ideas and enjoy working in an innovative environment where you get the opportunity to challenge and change. Finally, you have good communication skills and are unpretentious.
