The job
For us, sustainable success is a team effort and we do our very best to deliver reliable and proactive financial information and be a trusted business partner for the organization. Working as a Business Controller, this means that you're a significant driving force in managing and developing our overall financial results, and you work actively to optimize all parts included in this area. You analyze and follow up on actual results, forecasts and targets while making sure we have a timely and accurate reporting. Together with your team, you have a joint responsibility for standardized tools and ways of working and you actively contribute in finding improvements in our daily operations. Other important parts of your job are to prepare and validate investment proposals, support our performance management process and drive Net Working Capital efficiency.
Your background and what we find important
• A couple of years' experiences from general accounting, business control, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Experience from production environments and global organizations is a plus
• A degree in Accounting or Economics
• Advanced skills in Excel, and preferred knowledge of SAP
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
