Business Controller
We are looking for a talented person with an international mindset and the capacity to drive change. You will be joining a team of competent and committed colleagues who value knowledge sharing and drive continuous improvements. The Business Control team is looking to further strengthen the team with a candidate ready to grow into the role in order to support the business growth as well as the increased demand for business controlling. As part of the Business Control team you will participate in managing the forecasting process, follow up of the business reporting and prepare strategic and operational analysis. The team has an important role in providing support to decision making for Group Management and Board of Directors. The position reports to the Head of Business Control and will be working closely with the other group functions and with the business units within the Autoliv Group. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an international environment supporting management and key stakeholders of a global organization.
Qualifications:
University degree with specialization in accounting, finance, or similar. . 6-8 years of relevant experience from a large multinational group or a consultant firm. . Experience from Business Controlling or group consolidation from multinational groups is considered meriting. . Experience from the Automotive industry and preferably global Automotive safety manufacturing company. . Experience from working in Asia and fluency in a Asian language . Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. . Experience from OBIEE and HFM is an advantage, as well as an interest for systems and IT.
