The Swedish sales organization of Aebi Schmidt is generating a turnover of 10-15 million euros with its location in Skänninge. On a global basis Aebi Schmidt maintains a sales and service organization of 15 own sales entities in Europe and the USA and service partners outside these regions. The development and production of our products are concentrated in centers of competence in Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and the USA. Aebi Schmidt is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.
Business Controller
As Business Controller you are responsible for the finance function of Aebi Schmidt Sweden AB with 1 direct report. Your team is responsible for all Accounting and Controlling related tasks and you are the sparring partner for the local Managing Director. You will support the decision-making process with solid and meaningful information.
Description
Reporting to the Director Group Accounting located at the HQ main tasks and responsibilities will be:
Business Partner for the local Managing Director and the Sales Team
Prepare monthly group accounts
Prepare monthly operational reporting's presented to the Group Sales Division
Responsible for the annual planning process and quarterly forecasts
Develop and implement measures of efficiency and profitability
Responsible for the annual statutory accounts and statutory audit
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare Corporate Tax and VAT fillings (external technical support available)
Implementation of Group Policies
HR administration and payroll (external support available)
Manage cooperation with auditors, consultants, authorities and other external stakeholders
Ad hoc analysis
Responsible for the Swedish ISO 9001 and 14001 certificates
Profile
You hold and Accounting and/or Controlling qualification at an appropriate level and have a minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role. Previous management experience would be a plus.
You are fluent in English and have excellent IT skills (ERP, Excel, PowerPoint). SAP experience is an advantage. Previous experience from a sales organization would be a plus.
