LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our dynamic and expanding team. In this crucial role, you will contribute significantly to our expansion efforts, ensuring sustainable growth, high ROI, and robust risk management.
Reporting to the Head of Business Control, you will work alongside colleagues and stakeholders across our offices in Sweden, Malta, the UK, Italy, and the Netherlands, while being based in Stockholm.
For this specific role, we are looking for a star that wants to be a key player in our future growth, making sure that LeoVegas' newest brand and biggest commercial investment to date remain successful on its current and future markets.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Profitability and Risk Management: collaborating with key stakeholders to drive business profitability and ensuring high ROI, while mitigating risks.
Business partnering and Strategic Analysis: acting as a Business Partner to the marketing organization, performing strategic analysis to support and challenge them in business decisions, while working closely with our Data & Analytics teams.
Budget and Forecast Management: taking ownership of budget, forecasts and financial follow-up processes for commercial departments
Process Improvement: contribution to enhance team processes focusing on efficiency, scalability, and automation.
Finance Department Vision: empowering our organization with robust financial insights and strategic guidance, ensuring financial scalability and operational excellence.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Essential Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in Business Control
Proven experience in collaborating with and challenging marketing departments in large organisations to ensure optimal financial efficiency
Expertise in budget creation, forecasting, and financial performance follow-ups
An agile and adaptable way of working, suitable for working in a fast-paced environment
Strong Excel & PPT skills. Experience working with Business intelligence tools is a merit. At LeoVegas, you will be working with WorkDay Adaptive and Tableau.
Nice to have skills:
Experience from an international environment, the iGaming industry or other tech related industries.
