What you'll do
The Business Control & Analytics team is a key business driven function and responsible for a wide range of tasks, including business case modelling, the budget and forecast process, business analysis of actuals and variance. This position is pan-European, will cover all major markets, and will entail responsibilities such as:
* Responsibility for developing and enhancing the budget, forecast and follow up processes
* Perform variance analysis vs. prior years, budgets and plan. Understand results, identify drivers, communicate and advice on corrective actions
* Build models for business cases and business planning with limited information at hand
* Work closely together with the commercial team to develop the product and pricing based on understanding of customer behavior and profitability
* Take a key role in the Business Control and Analytics team
You are a member of the Business Control & Analytics team and reports to Head of Business Control & Analytics. The job is located in Stockholm or HQ in Gothenburg.
Do you fit the profile?
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have BSc, preferably a MSc in Business and Finance or Engineerig/Physics. You're a real superhero when it comes to building complex models for business cases and business planning, thanks to you expert skills in Excel. We do believe that this experience is gained for 2-4 years of working in a similar positon or as controller, business consultant, financial analyst or from a few years in investment banking. Good English skills is a must.
If you're interested in start up's and building up something new, this is an even better match. Are you experienced or interested in dealing with large sets of data with SQL as a tool? You're the perfect match for us!
