Arbetsuppgifter
As part of Incipientus' growth strategy, they are looking for a highly motivated Business area manager to join their team in Gothenburg. This position will be critical in building and maintaining long-term relationships with large international clients in Europe and USA. The clients are large companies in food, consumer care, pulp and energy Industries. In this role you will have the opportunity to create Incipientus' new sales organisation and build processes from scratch. You will also be a key figure in helping Incipientus transition from direct sales towards a subscription/SaaS model. In this role, you will work closely with your customers' decision-makers as well as Incipientus' management team and technical specialists.

Examples of work assignments as Business area manager:
• Overall responsibility for sales and sales budget.
• Find new leads, build up customer pipeline and close large commercial contracts.
• Build up Incipientus' new sales organisation focusing on enterprise sales.
• Take ownership of commercial negotiations and other supporting activities with respective customer.
• Build relationships and long-term strategic cooperation's with assigned customer accounts.
• Work with analysis of various pricing models with regards to pricing negotiations and improve Incipientus' general commercial offering.

Profil
Incipientus is looking for you who has a solid track record in sales, who is excellent in closing large deals, and is ready to take on a new challenge in a growing company. To succeed in this role, you have a good understanding of the food, consumer goods pr paper and pulp processing industry and a passion for scale-up companies where you can set your own mark and build processes from scratch. Furthermore, you consider yourself great with numbers, analytical and able to use logic and problem-solving skills to find the relevant solutions. You take great pride in your work and strive for excellence with drive and endurance.

• Thrive in a social environment and know how to create positive and long-term relationships, externally as well as internally.
• Have an ownership mentality and accountability.
• Have experience in selling subscription/SaaS solutions.
• Have a relevant University Degree.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing and it's a bonus if you speak other languages.
• At least 5 years of experience within sales.
• Background in commercial technical sales in food, consumer goods or paper and pulp processing equipment.
• Able and willing to frequently travel to current and potential customer sites across Sweden and abroad as required.
• Able to travel around in the European Union with ease and without complications.
• Driver's license.
