We are in the process of developing a new feature for Scania (and TRATON) that promises to be a game-changer in our ability to create innovative solutions. The complexity of this project has prompted us to assemble some of Scania's brightest minds, complemented by capable leaders and ambitious developers. What we do
Scania is dedicated to achieving science-based sustainability targets in the field of transportation solutions. In a rapidly evolving world, the key to achieving speed and flexibility in developing new solutions lies in delivering frequent iterations with fast feedback loops. The CI-machine serves as the pivotal enabler for this endeavor. In simpler terms, we are working to make the world a better place!
Today, many companies have adopted Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for their software development. Some have even successfully implemented CI/CD for both software and hardware within specific product platforms. Our mission is to create an automated pipeline - an integration-as-a-service solution - that allows designers to Build, Configure, and Trigger relevant tests for both software and hardware across the complete Scania modular system.

Your main responsibilities will include
Identify and translate business needs within continuous integration into feasible solutions.
Monitor and evaluate Scania and The TRATON GROUP for changes and new initiatives affecting the solution layer.
Influence and have a dialogue with stakeholders across various management teams and levels, value streams.
Performance and lifecycle management of continuous integration solution.
Lead and prepare decision meetings, align and update the continuous integration solution.
Provide information and consult, regarding questions related to the continuous integration.
Desired knowledge and experiences
Business Analyst expertise.
Customer relations management.
Familiarity with Scania's processes and its operational framework.
Knowledge of information technology and management.
Knowledge of SAFe.
