BUSINESS ANALYST
As a Business Analysis Manager you will be responsible for iLean analysis, implementation support and performance management in Logistics business to reduce waste, increase value to the customer and to increase profitability.
Key responsibilities:
On-site iLean analysis:
Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Value Add vs. Non-Value Add (VA/NVA), Flow, Team & Organization
Actively participating in country/region implementation on a local site
Collecting financial and operational data from various sources and making comprehensive analysis and recommendations resulting in improved operations and profitability through waste reduction and value add:
Developing and monitoring of KPI's and metrics, collecting follow-up data for existing KPI's for various decision making forums (e.g. Steering Group, Operational management)
Analyzing the actions taken and the effect of these actions in terms of KPI's.
Producing suggestions to decision making forums on further actions to be taken to improve KPI's.
Working in close co-operation with iLean Project Managers, BL and Country management, iLean management
Training and business material development:
Actively participating in the development of iLean analysis and implementation Handbook
Producing iLean training materials
Producing iLean meeting documentations and meeting materials
