About The Role
In this position you will work across all of Workshops clients, proactively gathering and analyzing information around our operational performance and clients sales and marketing data.
You are to provide Workshops management group and client teams with the relevant information and insights, in order to support the organization in the decision making,sales and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Successfully gather, structure, analyze and present Client based operations, activities and performance such as product trainings, sellout, campaigns and other KPIs.
Gathering, structuring and analyzing information from field operation teams, campaigns and other retail data.
Develop the process for gathering data, quality check and present performance data on a regular basis.
Develop input and usage of the existing data input tools to cover the strategic topics in a relevant way.
Identify additional data that is needed to manage the process to gather or buy necessary information.
You will work in a "catch-all" role, delivering reports within strategic focus areas, such as:
The impact of Client team operations
The insights gathered by field staff
The impact of client campaigns and other activities
We are looking for
• 3 minimum years' experience of business analysis, preferably as Management Consultant, or in-house.
Advanced skills in MS office, Microsoft BI and other analytical tools
Good understanding of analyctical and market strategies
Fluent English and a good level of Swedish, preferably fluent.
Strong commercial understanding and business interest
Unafraid in structuring and presenting information to different internal stakeholders and external clients
Excellent communication and networking skills
Interest in numerical and analytical questions, often ad-hoc
Academic degree
Reports to Senior Management
