Consumer Services at Volvo Group Connected Solutions is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. Together with our partners and customers, we create value through fantastic user experience and business enhancing services and products.

You will be part of a team of dedicated colleagues developing and operating a portal, which enables in-depth trouble shooting and data analysis across our complete stack of micro services for connected services. The portal is a central part of our delivery providing advanced tools, which are essential for our capability to manage and support our connected services. The users are mainly part of Volvo Group organization, but will also be enabled to some external functions.

We are now looking for a Business Analyst for the Connectivity Support Tools and Administration team.

The role
You will mainly be responsible for investigating, analyzing, breaking down and securing high-quality feature descriptions based on stakeholder and customer dialogues.
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with the internal and external stakeholders and to some extent be responsible for many of those contact areas. We achieve our objectives based on team effort, but you will act as a key bridge between the stakeholders and our team in securing adequate breakdown and documentation of the features. We therefore believe that you are comfortable in driving your own work and see yourself as proficient in communication.

You will also be supporting part time with testing activities, when needed. We see that this is a good combination to secure that the delivered features meet the stated needs. Test planning and coordination will, however, be managed by the team Quality Assurance Manager.

Your profile
As a person, you are a team player with a positive mind-set and you understand the various challenges of application development and quality assurance. You have a passion for technology and willingness to be part of developing state-of-the-art applications. A customer-oriented attitude is in your nature, you care about quality, allow yourself to be inspired, have a "can do" attitude and take pride in your work.

We believe you are a person who thrives when work is a bit challenging and enjoys complex problem solving tasks. Since we work in an agile environment with constant need to manage change, you have the ability to work under demanding and dynamic conditions yet ability to keep the bigger picture in focus.

For you to be successful in this role, you need to be structured yet flexible, innovative and curious, and have a strong customer focus in combination with a business-oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork and contribute daily to our positive team spirit.

You have/are:
A relevant university degree
Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in an IT organization
Experience from application testing is an advantage
Proven communication skills
Fluent in Swedish and English - both written and spoken
Valid work-permit for Sweden, if not EU-citizen
