WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Business Analyst Northern Europe has three main areas of responsibilities - supporting the Regional Controller with managing accounting and finance functions, supporting the sales process in co-operation with the local and global sales organization and assuming responsibility for business reports linked to KPI performance tracking and trend analysis.

The Business Analyst is responsible for handling and supporting parts of the sales process and finance function, ensuring the region has a control function in place to ensure efficient handling.  In addition, you will also work closely together with the office management team regarding monitoring and establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems.  You are also the backup regarding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing group policies and procedures.

Your activities will include but not be limited to:

• Achieving budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Providing status of financial conditions by collecting, interpreting and reporting financial data that are required by the Regional Controller.
• Working with the Regional Controller and the finance team in headquarters to evaluate customers (proposing credit limits for our distribution partners) and be responsible for handling orders being credit blocked as well as ensuring payments according to terms.
• Following up on set KPI’s related to the function and offer a contribution to reach the sales target set for the region.

In addition you will be responsible for business analysis reporting and specific functions within the sales process:

• Provide an overview of the development of sales versus budgets set.
• Track performance against set KPI's and report them to the local Management Team.
• Support the Regional Controller and sales organization with analyzing data and identifying trends which are used for business decisions.
• Work in close collaboration with the Sales organization, Regional Director as well as the Business Coordination Office at HQ to support the project pricing process by setting and providing rebates for video surveillance projects.
• Manage the project pricing process by educating and handling the operational implementation of pricing decisions in our CRM system.
• Work in close collaboration with the Distribution Account Managers to handle the reporting process of our regional distribution partners.
• Work in collaboration with the sales organization to manage and control projects and delivery accuracy to ensure correct reporting.
• Work in close contact with the team at Business Coordination Office to manage the approval process for monthly reports from our regional distribution partners.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe that you will have a degree in business or finance and demonstrable experience in an accounting/financial role in a business environment. You will enjoy working with numerical data and have experience of generating reports using an internal system.

We furthermore believe you have/are:

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Excellent communication skills in order to develop internal and external relationships.
• The ability to provide effective presentations to all levels of people including Axis corporate management.
• High levels of self-initiative, self-motivation and customer orientation.
• A willingness to travel throughout the region.
