About the job

You'll be joining a diverse group of Business Analysts, Architects, Service Managers, and Developers who are responsible for maintaining the integrity of Scania's IT services and delivering IT solutions that meet the needs of the Inhouse Logistics domain. Our team plays a key role in aligning the IT landscape with Scania's architectural direction and ensuring smooth operations in logistics.

Responsibilites

Contribute to the IEB Project: You will be a key player in the warehousing stream of the IEB project, which focuses on implementing SAP as Scania's new ERP system.
Clarify Business Requirements: You will gather and clarify the business requirements, ensuring that the project delivers high-quality results aligned with Scania's logistics needs.
Work Cross-functionally: Collaborate with different teams, communicate clearly, and foster an atmosphere of team spirit and trust.
Analyze Data & Processes: You will run projects independently, focusing on requirements engineering and process modeling to help optimize the in-house logistics functions.


Desired Qualifications

University Degree: You have a degree in IT or Supply Chain.
Experience: A few years of experience in a Business Analyst role within logistics.
SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP EWM is an added advantage.
Independent Project Leadership: You have experience in independently driving requirements engineering and process modeling.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-level summaries from detailed analysis.
Communication Skills: You possess strong communication and facilitation skills. Fluency in English is required, and Swedish is an added merit.
Curiosity and Adaptability: You stay up-to-date with industry trends and are receptive to new ideas.
