• Contribute to the development and implementation of Swedbank's vision and strategic direction

• Together with a cross functional team, stakeholders, and other product owners, implement efficient sales and service case management solutions for our advisors and customers

What is needed in this role:

• Experience in the role as Business Analyst

• Demonstrated experience in analysing, documenting requirements, business needs and testing solutions

• Excellent team player with great communication skills with a drive to collaborate cross borders and in a virtual team; truly believe that success is something we build together

• Experience in Scrum or SAFe and ability to drive and contribute to the agile process

• Experience in customer sales and service case management

• A problem solver with a positive can-do attitude

• Understanding in Software Development Life Cycle, with special focus on problem identification and conceptualization stage

• Understanding in Pega platform and CRM domain is valuable

• Fluent in Swedish is an advantage

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field or equivalent
