What's in it for you?
Strategy & Business Office is the department within Global Customer Service (GCS) that is responsible for the strategy development in Global Customer Service, strategic projects and cooperations, service satisfaction, as well as leading the work within Global Customer Service towards higher operational effectiveness and efficiency. We are now recruiting for the position Brand Protection Enforcement that will be responsible to drive cases against illegal and/or unauthorised use of Volvo assets (first of all software).
What you'll do
• Develop process and structure for how to drive cases.
• Evaluate the cases (together with Legal) and decide if we shall take the case further.
• Plan the actions.
• Drive the actions.
• Secure conclusion of the case.
• Learn and drive proactive actions to avoid future cases.
Do you fit the profile?
• High level of business understanding, analytical and communication skills. Ability to drive cases.
• Academic degree in business administration, or equivilent.
• High level of energy, trustworthy and strong judgement.
• Planning and organisation skills needed to handle projects and interfaces with various stakeholders.
• High ability to cooperate and work in a team environment.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. Additional language is an advantage.
• The position is located in Gothenburg.
