Overview
Are you our new Brand Manager?
We are looking for a Marketer to join our Swedish marketing team within Essity Health & Medical Solutions. The marketing team is an important contributor to the Swedish sales-and marketing organization and have a product- and marketing responsibility for global brands such as TENA, Jobst and Leukoplast.
The team consists of four enthusiastic people dedicated to offer great solutions and to create value for our customers. We are now looking for a brand manager that can help driving the product- and marketing development for the TENA brand.
With over 50 years of experience, our products and services have proven benefits that make a real difference in the field of continence care and personal hygiene. Incontinence products provide a basic need for individuals experiencing bladder control issues. The benefits they provide have a significant positive impact on quality of life. Increasing independence, confidence and freedom of movement allows people to engage in social activities and enjoy full and active lives. Main Tasks
Develop and activate marketing and launch plans that generate profitable volume growth and support brand building, in line with local strategy
Manage the local A&P budget within area of responsibility and follow-up of marketing activities
Product/service and article responsibility including tender positioning and development requests
KAM support in tender shaping and optimization
Sales support in implementation of tenders, including product training, educational material and customer support material
Drive communication and presence at relevant customer events and exhibitions
Collect, analyze and map market opportunities and customer needs

Key Competencies
University Degree (business administration/Communication) or equivalent
3-5 years of relevant working experience within marketing and communication, preferably within B2B and/or health care industry
Experience within digital communication is an advantage
Fluent in Swedish and English

Great emphasis will be put on your personality. The role as a brand manager involves interaction with a lot of different stakeholders.
