Due to the growth of the company we are currently looking for a HR assistant to work in our office in Stockholm.
Job description
The HR Assistant role is involved in providing HR support to the business. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Assistant is responsible for providing HR administration e.g. updating personnel records, payroll preparation, contracts ,CV screening, possibly first interview, etc.
You will also deal with international contacts within Booking.com as well as external partners such as external payroll provider, recruitment agencies, and other local and national contacts.
HR administration will be a part of your daily work. As Booking.com is growing you will also be involved in different HR projects.
Key Responsibilities will be to:
• Keep the HR system (SAP) updated
• Provide external Payroll provider with relevant information
• Support Recruitment processes, to coordinate and administer
• Support with implementation of different HR Processes
• Assist the HR manager in her daily work
• Provide management with information, reports, statistics as required
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in area of expertise
Competences/experience Needed
• Service and Business Orientation
• Previous HR administration experience (SAP is desirable)
• Generalist experience in a HR environment, within a multi-sited or global organization is desirable
• Payroll administration experience (desirable but no demand)
• Excellent skills in MS Office
• Experience of dealing with international contacts is an advantage
Personal Attributes
• Strong drive to deliver support with autonomy and self motivation
• High integrity
• Confident in dealing with sensitive matters
• Ability to work effectively as an individual and as a team member
• Fluent in English and Swedish (other Nordic languages is an advantage)
