ALTENs Embedded Systems- division continues to grow fast and now we are looking for you that wants to work with Board Power Design. You will be part of a hardware team that designs all the board power solutions for a customer within Telecom. The solutions are both analog traditional designs as well as Digital Power- solutions where you collaborate with a Board Power Software team that programs a Power Processor. The work will include schematic design and verification in the lab. You will also aid the layout work but not do the actual layout yourself. The customer is world-leading within power solutions and the team works in close collaboration with the major IC vendors and very early access to future chips. You will work at our customer, but you will still be able to have close contact with your manager at ALTEN.

The courses can be in anything from programming languages to agile methodologies to negotiation skills, which are all free of charge to participate in. To succeed in the role as consultant and Board Power Designer at ALTEN we want to see that you have a genuine interest in Technology and Power Design. You need to have a positive attitude, be well structured and a team player.

The following competences are needed:
• Low voltage board power solutions (Typically 3.3V and lower)
• DC/DC converters and transformers
• Different topologies (buck, boost etc.)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
