XNK Therapeutics is a clinical-stage immunotherapy company, focusing its efforts on preventing and treating cancer by developing novel NK cell-based therapies. The company has established a leadership position in the clinical development and manufacture of autologous NK cell-based products using its proprietary technology platform. The company is currently in a phase of strong expansion. The cell therapy platform is being developed for multiple indications and the company has recently finalized the construction of its GMP production facility.
To take the next step in this exciting journey, XNK Therapeutics is now looking to recruit bioprocess engineers to join the manufacturing and engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the GMP production of NK cell-based therapies in a GMP clean room environment and help to ensure the company's goal to battle cancer, and improve the life quality of becoming an important and natural component in tomorrow's cancer treatment.

Responsibilities
As a Bioprocess engineer, you will work with aseptic ATMP production in the newly built facility, and support development activities in the manufacturing process. Work is conducted in a clean room environment according to GMP grade D to A and processes according to standard operating procedures.
Your main responsibility areas include:
Clean room operations
Environmental monitoring
Cell production
In Process Control
Monitoring production progress
Equipment supervision
Writing SOPs
Evaluate process criteria and results
Improve production capabilities
Material management
Continuously improvement of production technology, capacity and quality
Qualifications
A BSc or BMA degree and higher in a relevant scientific discipline
Knowledge of cell production
Knowledge of aseptic work
Knowledge in GMP
Experience in documentation such as SOP, batch protocols
Good knowledge in English
Good laboratory skills
Merited are:
Industry experience in biotechnological production and cell culture work in a GMP environment
Experience with ATMP production
Working according to SOPs, including experience in documentation
Knowledge in immunology
Knowledge in manufacturing development
The candidate for this position is a reliable team player with a high sense of responsibility as we are working with patient material. You are a structured person with attention to detail, high awareness of quality in performance and the ability to both identify and solve problems as they come up. Importantly, as part of a small biotech production team, the position will require a self-motivated person with a positive can-do attitude, interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability.
