Sales BTB is part of Business Division Distribution & Sales and we are located in multiple sites across Europe with approximately 450 professionals. Sales BTB is responsible for the sales operations towards non residential customers (excluding small business customers) in the Netherlands, Germany & France, the Nordic Countries and Poland as well as for pricing strategies and Business Intelligence. The Operational Area Business Intelligence, Lead Generation and Marketing Communication is responsible for identifying and feeding the sales force with leads (new and existing customers) and increase the efficiency of the sales force by marketing activities. The Operational Area is responsible for gathering, analysing, draw conclusion on the development of the business environment (for example customers, competitors, regulators) of BU Sales BTB. The Operational Area is also responsible for the strategy process of BU Sales BTB.

Work tasks
Your main responsibility as BI & Lead Generation Manager will be to analyze market data to identify and value leads in order to create profitable intelligence. An important task will be to, as a project leader, develop a road map for lead generation and implement this in the Nordic countries. An estimated 75% of your time will be used to find new customers and 25 % for competitor analysis.
Qualifications
We believe that you have been working with advanced business intelligence for at least a couple of years, perhaps in the IT-industry. You like to and are skilled in using databases. You have an analytical mindset and the ability to read and see patterns in complex financial information. You are business oriented and work in a structured and methodical way in the ambition to find business opportunities.
You have an academic degree within a relevant area such as IT-Science, Civil Engineering or Business Administration. Your English and Swedish are fluent and you must be able to travel approximately 2-3 days per month.
