We are looking for:
• professional experience and/or education in sour dough bread.
• Knowledge in common procedures in a bakery; proofing, mixing, shaping, baking.
• Experience in laminated doughs; croissants, viennoiserie.
• A constant drive to bake consistent at a very high level and quality.
• Great team and social abilities, positive attitude and a friendly manner.

We are looking for a skilled baker and bread enthusiast for our bakery in Ystad, Skåne.

Söderberg & Sara Stenugnsbageri is an artisanal stone hearth bakery/café from Ystad with a bread store/café in Malmö. We also make artisanal pasta and wood fired pizza at our locations in Malmö and Österlen. We use quality ingredients from farmers, millers and producers nearby, most of it organic - and work with traditional methods. The bakery started in 2010 and is currently ranked as Bakery of the Year in White Guide Cafe.

Our prime, simple and ongoing goal is to make fantastic bread and pastries. We and our staff are serious and passionate about what we do, and this is a minimum requirement for this position.

We offer a great team and opportunities to develop your artisanal baking skills at an ambitious bakery. Every third week consists of night shifts, otherwise we work 8 hrs a day / 5 days a week (small differences may occur as we work on a rolling schedule). The position is between 75% to full time.

Driving license/car or nearby house/apartment is required to get to the bakery at night.
