The Back Office Engineer role is part of the Back Office team, at the Operation Department. Location for this job is Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

• Real-time service monitoring
• Detect, investigate and troubleshoot traffic, partner/provider issues and escalate when needed
• B2B support using Zendesk, following priority and lead-times
• Configure/troubleshoot Sinch backend systems to ensure continues service delivery

Requirements:

• Completed postgraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Highly analytical mind-set and willingness to learn and explore new technologies/applications
• Excellent problem solving, organization and multitasking skills
• Proficient in one or more of the technologies and tools we use: VoIP, SIP/RTP, SQL, TCP/IP, Zendesk.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, is necessary
