On behalf of our client, a large IT-company, MultiMind is looking for a Channel Marketing Lead - an exciting and challenging role focused on marketing and sales.
This is a 1-year consultancy assignment with a possibility for extension.

About the role The Channel Marketing Lead will be responsible for promotion in major B2B channels and ultimately for driving sales. The Channel Marketing Lead works closely with the respective Sales Managers and Key Account Managers and provide the sales departments with creative input from a marketing perspective, enabling sell-out maximation of the current range/product focus.
Tasks and responsibilities Responsible for understanding the business strategy for the given customers as well as key consumer and shopper strategies
Together with Sales set the omni-channel strategy and secure best presence and mix of activations for given product groups and customers
Ownership of branded presence online and in-store
Planning and execution of fixed installations, as well as secure share of voice for branded retail, as well as ROI
Responsible for planning and execution of co-hosted events with major customers or partners
Evaluation of campaign effectiveness, including providing feedback for improvement to local sales departments as well as to the Channel Marketing Head
Securing availability for sell-in material and concepts to the major sales channels in cooperation with Nordic Marketing and local sales teams to ensure early customer engagement and buy-in in order to smooth roll-out of campaigns and maximize sales results
Your profile The person we are looking for has a strong interest in sales and marketing. In this position you will both be drawing on your creative-thinking as well as your sales skills. We think you might have the following profile:
University degree, preferably with a major in marketing
Some years of experience with project management, marketing and sales
Experience from leading FMCG or Consumer Electronics/Telecom company is a merit
Your drive is very important. For this position we are looking for someone who is:

Structured with an ability to manage multiple priorities and short deadlines
Creative in problem-solving and marketing
Have a mindset of using functionality and system as a sales supporting tool
