Publiceringsdatum2014-04-25Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a publications coordinator you will foremost handling and inputting data and routing the publication to appropriate individuals. Other tasks would be to learn more of the publication policy and their standards and assist with the compliance components. You will coordinate reviews and sign off process for publications in their publication management tool to include; data entry, routing publications for review, working with internal authors to support publication tasks, report generation from publication management tool, interacting and communicating with all levels of employees.
Vem är du?
• Bachelor's degree preferred (within following fields; science/health/communications) or equivalent work experience.
• Requires 2+ years of experience working autonomously in a demanding office environment; proficiency working with database systems and with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) essential.
• Relevant pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry/communications experience preferred.
• Familiarity of scientific/medical terminology, scientific publication process, and principles of Good Publication Practices/ICMJE guidelines preferred.
• Good written and spoken English; good communication and interpersonal skills
• High degree of skill in analyzing and processing information, time management, organization, data entry, and maintaining confidentiality; attention to detail and follow-up essential.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and to follow processes
