We are looking for a person to support the Mining and Rock Excavation Service division and management with reporting and follow-up of the division's results and performance.
This job opportunity will provide valuable experience within the broad field of controlling, close to the business, and will also give extensive knowledge of and exposure to the Atlas Copco organization worldwide. Mission
Your main responsibilities will consist of:
> Consolidation for the division and reporting to division management, to the Business Area and the Group - including: Process, check and follow-up incoming reporting from our operational units; Consolidate the division and perform necessary adjustments and eliminations; Secure high quality reporting with the deadlines set.
> Monthly analysis of divisional performance, as well as of individual operational units.
> Supporting (administrative-) customer centers and product companies in area of financial reporting, GPS and Prisma III.
> Active support to the VP Finance and Administration with coordination of the reporting and planning process within the division; creation of various ad-hoc reports in GPS; other ad hoc questions and follow-ups in the division.
> Being an active resource for Divisional-, Business Area- and Group-owned projects.
Experience requirements
We believe that you have a university degree in business administration or similar by experience, with a solid base education in areas of accounting, cost benefit analysis, finance and economics. Education in international business and marketing is a plus. Fluency in written and oral English is a must.
Knowledge
Good knowledge of IS/IT-systems in general and very good understanding of MS Office (Excel) is required. Knowledge of the group reporting and consolidation system (GPS), as well as Prisma III, is a plus.
Personality requirements
The person we are looking for has strong analytic capabilities and a service-minded approach. You should be able to remain calm and organized also when working under stress as deadlines in this position are important. You are also expected to be a good team-player, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
On top of this, you have a positive attitude and you firmly believe that there is always a better way.
